Walking regularly helps reduce the risk of stroke

Walking regularly, according to new study findings, significantly reducing the risk of stroke in women. They are the most active 17 percent lower risk of experiencing any type of stroke than those less active.
They are usually brisk 37 percent lower risk of stroke of any kind and 68 percent lower risk of hemorrhagic stroke suffered.
They are the road two hours or more per week 30 percent lower risk of experiencing any type of stroke and 57 percent lower risk of experiencing a hemorrhagic stroke.
Women are usually brisk 25 percent lower risk of suffering an ischemic stroke and those who are way more than two hours a week had a lower risk of ischemic stroke.
